THANK YOU's!!
Thanks to all who volunteered to assist in making Chinese New Year a big success! Senior Teagan Knechtel did a great job planning! However, many people signed up to volunteer and did not show up. It is important to follow through when you volunteer so you don't leave us high and dry. Please help us keep our commitments within the community by coming to events when you volunteer.
Big shoutouts to Seniors Matthew Carson and Trevor Bane, and Freshmen Jacob Boettcher for their extra efforts helping things run smoothly.
THANK YOU to all the awesome parents / students who provided dinner for the Parent / Teacher Conference night! Our food was a big hit! Once again, SCLA FAMILIES ROCK!!
THANK YOU To those who volunteered to help with the juniors mock interviews. Such a good experience for our students!
Longmont Humane Society is hosting it’s annual fundraising event Homeward Bound on March 21, 2015
at the Boulder County Fairgrounds. This is one of LHS’s
largest fundraising events of the year. Homeward Bound gives us a
chance to raise the funding needed, to continue providing the animals
with excellent care. In order to make this event successful, we need the
help of volunteers!
We have various opportunities
still available for volunteers to help us make this event a success! We
do ask that our volunteers be at least 16 years old, and if you are
under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian must be willing to
volunteer with you.
Below are some of the opportunities
we are still needing to fill.
