Here's what's happening!

The first semester is winding down, and it has been a great one!
Congratulations to our state championship football team and all of the SCLA members who were a part of history!
Thanks also to our SCLA cheerleaders, dancers, band members, RaptorTV crew and cheering crowd.

We truly are
RAPTOR NATION!

Wreaths:

Holiday wreaths can be picked up on
SATURDAY, DEC 8th at 9:30am at the Twin Peaks Mall, east entrance.
We will have your original order forms for you to have to deliver your wreaths to your people.  THANK YOU for ordering wreaths, and be sure to THANK your customers!

FACE:

The Longmont Downtown Development Authority is looking for volunteers to help with the FACE holiday concert this Saturday night, December 8, after the Parade of Lights. FACE is a nationally-recognized all vocal rock band and has a huge following. There will be two shows at the Longmont Theatre Company (513 Main St.), at 7 and 8 p.m. We need ticket takers and ushers. You'll get to watch both shows! Volunteers are needed from 6:30 pm - 8:45 pm.

Please let me know if you can help. Thanks for your consideration and happy holidays!

DODGEBALL TIME!!!
This year we are holding our 2nd Annual Dodgeball Tournament/Silent Auction. We will be benefiting a young man, Trey Tatham, a 5 year old, who was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma on December 12, 2012. This is a soft tissue cancer which accounts for 4% of all childhood cancers. 350 cases are diagnosed each year in the United States and the majority of these are in children younger than the age of 9. Fortunately for Trey the Cancer is only located in his ear canal and nowhere else in his body. He has a long road of treatments and tests ahead of him. Trey's father (Ty) is the current Mead High School head wrestling coach, he has a mother, Jennifer and 2 siblings.

SCHS OPEN HOUSE:

Know an 8th grader trying to decide what high school to attendWe help them with that decision making process at the SCHS open house on TUESDAY DEC 11th from 7-8pm.  Invite those incoming freshmen to see why SCHS is the best school in the district.  We don't want anyone to suffer the pains of having to hear us chant "ya shoulda been a Raptor!"
